The General Body of the above J-U Mollarpur Universal Peace Zone will compriseof  i).. Prime Conveners and Conveners of the J-U Universal Peace Forum, ii) Honorable Chief Ministers of West Bengal, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Delhi,  iii) Honorable Prime Ministers of the concerned Nations like India and Bangladesh, iv) Heads and Executive Heads of some concerned University Teachers and Students Organizations and Bar Councils (as such bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa long before consented to be with the J-U Missions),  v) Prime Conveners and Conveners of the J-U Citizens Forums in the Districts associated with the J-U Mollarpur Universal Peace Zone

Why to give so importance to the J-U Mollarpur Universal Peace Zone ?   Where to start and how to start ---- these are the questions. As the J-U is totally impartial Unity (even not partial to the human civilization with respect to other possible universal civilizations).  As respecting deeply  the Birth Place is a great SIGNATURE OF UNIVERSAL PEACE, and so start from the J-U Founder Syed JoynuddinAhammed’s (or Ahamed’s) Birth Place Mollarpur and associated convenient ZONE(s) is the best place to start with, even though this Zone(s) is some wayUNDER-DEVELOPED and poor peoples’ place, and Politics of this Zone is by and large some way still Feudalistic, yet it is fortunate enough that the political communities in this Zone have some good fascination and efforts  for common causes, greater causes and Super Causes (or J-U Causes).

[[[ One more important point needs to be mentioned about J-U Peace Mission in recent years to renormalize MOST SUCCESSFULLY the Indo-Pak Relation.throughthe (J-U) NetajiSubhasSena (MOSI/ BIP) -----,  where BIP = Bangladesh, India, Pakistan (Zone),  and Here  MOSI =  MOdi + Sheikh Hasina+ Imran Khan.  And in the BIP Zone, MOSI means Mothers’ Sister.  In fact, India, Pakistan Bangladesh are truly SISTERS.  Sisters usually have prejudices, jealousy, etc against one another and also have love for one another.  So we strongly cultivate the said NetajiSubhasSena so that love among the three Sisters get increased  with  time

Now all the important Peace Active Political Parties, Students Organizations, Teachers Organizations, Bar Councils, Social Organizations, etc of Bangladesh, India and Pakistan should join the Meta Political Platform, i.e.,the (J-U) NetajiSubhasSena (MOSI/ BIP). India and Pakistan are two strong Nuclear Powered Nations, and whichever Nation of these two ones will press switch for Nuclear Bombing will get advantage, and this is a key danger for this Zone. And if by chance this kind of War breaks between these two nations, then 50% world population will be destroyed or to say in more realistic way that the Human Civilization  emerged from Asia and will be destroyed from Asia.  And so this Meta Political Platform ---- the (J-U) NetajiSubhasSena (MOSI/ BIP) ---- has great importance for World Peace and Future.]].

****6******** WHY META POLITICAL PARADIGMS OR METACRACY of the J-U (or Meta formatting of human civilization)  and the Fulfillment Processes of India and the World (or the Diversities in human society):::

In SJA’s first public lecture only, in 1979,  he mentioned about his philosophy (namely the philosophy of absolute conditioning ----, and then his talks was not much understood by the people [[ by the by his philosophy was named as the Philosophy of Absolute Conditioning or Meta Religion or Beyond Religion or Fulfillment of Faiths (and Beyond Faith Structures), and later some intellectuals in Mumbai named it as the Joynuddinism after his name for the purpose of protecting and preserving hia works,  and the Joynuddin-Unity is the Unity associated with the Philosophy]].   In 1981, he took his Ph.D topic on non-equilibrium thermodynamics, and later he changed the topic to “Critical examination of theoretical physics in the framework of his philosophy or philosophy of absolute conditioning”.  However he was then more concerned with the developing of superior world systems and knowledge systems (and he did good amount work for his research, but he did not submit the thesis).  

Up to the year 1986, his young mind went much above the existing world systems and knowledge systems,  and he started enriching and enhancing existing knowledge systems, wisdom systems, mechanism design, statesman-ship, peace engineering, etc ----, and formed in the University of Mumbai the Syndicate of Multi-Disciplinary Studies and Association of Socio-Cultural Engineering respectively in 1983 and 1985 especially to cultivate superior kind of general mechanism design.

From 1984 to 1986, he framed the enriched and enhanced form of Frameworks of Existing Knowledge Systems ----, and it is called First Format of the J-U Meta Formatting of Civilization, and in the First Format, he introduced the Higher order Systems (in Kurt Gödel’s logical format), and so also he put forth a new way looking at Higher order systems, science and “Non-System”.

In 1986, SJA delivered a Series of Lectures on different topics like J-U framework of Political Science, Jurisprudence, Economics, Theoretical Physics, etc ----- [especially on the “Self-Organization in Dis-Equilibrium Economy, Coherency between Pre-creation and Creation and the Six Selections Processes and Modifications of Dooms Days”  [Vide: the Times of India, February 18, 1986, Mumbai ], 

            In case of political science, he clarified the relation of uncertainty of knowledge systemswith political science, where “who is to rule” gets defined through Pragmatism or Conventionalism or Instrumentalism -----, the removal of such uncertainty can be done through the cultivation of the Third Parallel World, and this is J-U CENTRAL DOGMA in political science.  And one implication of this Dogma is no need of usual sense of revolution but need of Copernicus type revolution in political world ----, [emergence of best form of unity (i.e. the J-U) in all diversities] -----, and so to enrich and enhance all existing social engines (such as  politics (of all kinds, monarchism, democratic, non-democratic, single party system, etc) and media) through cultivation of meta political paradigms and platforms and all that, which are part of the Third Parallel World of the J-U, and this is a part of meta formatting human civilization.   FROM 1979 to 1986, SJA popularized the frameworks of FIRST LAYER knowledge systems of the J-U ------, and from 1987 to 1990, he popularized the SECOND LAYER of Knowledge Systems of the J-U, and these two layers are sufficient for human civilization, and so higher order layers are redundant here.

            In 1987, SJA delivered lecture on the Absolute Conditioning, and thereby he introduced Institutional approach of knowledge systems, where institutions are integrated through the “Absolute Conditioning”, and thus he introduced the second layer of J-U knowledge systems.  And in 1988, he instituted the Meta Formatting of human civilization -----, VIDE: the Meta Institution and the Meta Launch, April 02, 1988, the Indian Express + Meta Faith or Meta Religion, the Mid Day,  April 09, 1988, Mumbai,     

            In 1990, he doctrinized the J-U Knowledge Systems for the humankind AND FOR  THE J-U METACRACY  through THREE DOCTRINES [OUT OF 23 DOCTRINES].-----[[VIDE:  On the three doctrines of the Joynuddinism and the second as well as last epoch of human manifestation + on “Metacracy, the Indian Express, July 06, 1990 (in books and periodicals]]..And he also doctrinized the Third Parallel World with TEN Doctrines (out of 19 Doctrines).

******  The 20^TH century started the controversy  between whether Capitalism is eternal (i.e., Capitalism Selection) OR Socialism is the next phase of Socialism (or Socialism Selection) ------, and SJA provided the “Ultimate Order of Universal Selection for human as well as any Universal Civilization (or  for human, non-human and outer space civilizations), AND IT IS CALLED “METACRACY SELECTIONS” of the J-U . And the metacracy concerns with many things like  i) multiple layers of J-U knowledge systems, and for human civilization only two layered frameworks of knowledge systems, namely a) enriching and enhancing existing knowledge systems,  b)  J-U INSTITUTIONALISM (a very abstract concept) integrated through Absolute Conditioning [[and have some similarity with Embryological development and probability]], .

          Metacracy concerns with state, people, social engines (like politics, media), etc and concerns with SPONTANEOUS local, national, zonal, global (in possible future, universal) economical and social democracy, also concerns with higher order Essence, Ethics, Enlightenment and Eternal Fulfillment.  Through Metacracy, the humankind will certainly fulfill the Dream of Equality, Freedom, Justice, Peace and  (Eternal) Fulfillment.

          ******** The Metacracy provides FULFILLMENT OF CIVILIZATION and thereby make the civilization non-imposition oriented or Second Order One ---- [ through the cultivation of the J-U or its prime  instrument, namely, the Third Parallel World  and its associated Sole Zero Polar World] ----, whereas man has been witnessing since ancient time the imposition of might, manipulation, mental frame or culture, interest structures of one or few groups over others.

The J-U in the above Second Chapter first will develop the J-U Universal Peace Commission and the Mollarpur Universal J-U Coordination Forum (and its associated J-U Peace Zones and J-U Super Meta Parks). 

          The Deep Respect and Love for Birth Place is a great Universal Peace Signature -----, and so the J-U wants to start the J-U Projects in the Second Chapter from SJA’s Birth Place Mollarpur (of Birbhum District, West Bengal, India).  And around Mollarpur the J-U selects about 18 Districts (12 Districts from West Bengal, 3 from Jharkhand and 3 from Bangladesh) to frame the J-U Mollarpur Peace Zone, where varied kinds J-U Projects, Programs and activities will be carried out soon.

***7******SHARPEST AND MOST ACCURATE DIVISION OF HISTORY OF HUMAN CIVILIZATION (as well as possible universal civilizations)    AND  THEMIRACULOUS ASPECTS OF THE J-U::;

In his teen age only in true MIRACULOUS manner, SJA gave first in 1979 the great SLOGAN of Absolutely New Age and associated Non-imposition oriented or Second Order Civilization and History as well as associated Instrument, namely the Third Parallel World (and associated Sole Zero Polar World)  and the great J-U Vision, namely the J-U Vision 2040 ++++  .

As in the first chapter of the J-U Vision 2040++++ from 1979  to 2019, SJA developed the frameworks of Higher order or human-civilization-appropriate two layered knowledge systems as well as world polarity management, peace engineering and peace phenomenology institutionalization, and thereby he provided an ensemble of Meta Political paradigms and platforms.

And in the second chapter of the J-U Vision 2040++++  from 2019 to 2040, the J-U wants to utilize all the J-U instruments and the J-U meta political paradigms and platforms for the great purposes like taking the humanity out from its sub-human phase from the year 2025, and to resolve all the general, pathological and the age-old cyclically appearing political and philosophical problems and to eradicate poverty and dangerous pollutions of environment by the year 2028 and to start the processes for Total Salvation from the year 2030.

Thus from the year 2030, the Age of Pleasant Light will  emerge through the J-U Missions -----, and  it is absolutely New Age or J-U Age.    Whereas, the human civilization was in Dark or SEMI-DARK AGE before 1979 -----, and from 1979 to 2019, the J-U has worked for the dilution of the DARKNESS of the Semi-Dark Age, and it will continue for the J-U Missions up to 2030, in which year the light of human conscience and consciousness will start getting explored in higher dimensions, and so the J-U Missions will get higher order forms to explore all the processes of the Total Salvation from the year 2030. 

And it needs to mention that the one and only one TOTALLY MEANINGFUL HISTORY has began from the year 1979 through the introduction of the J-U and J-U Missions.

        Why so miraculous about the J-U and SJA:::  SJA came from an extremely poor and almost illiterate family and that too from an intellectually dry place and under-developed district -----, and he earned and learned from his boyhood only. He had little training in advanced mathematics and physics.  And in a miraculous way he in his teen age only went much above existing Knowledge Systems and World Systems and provided the ultimate order (global and universal) Knowledge Systems and Leadership Institution.  AND IT IS BY ALL REASONS A GREAT  MIRACLE. 

He also provided the world polarity dynamics and management  -----, in 1979, he envisaged that after a decade or so the then Cold War would be frustrated and (West-led) temporary UNIPOLAR WORLD would emerge, and  after a couple of decades or so the temporary unipolar world get frustrated and a new bi-polar world would emerge along with facilitating factors for the emergence of the Sole Zero Polar World that would enrich and enhance peace-cohesiveness among World Powers (even with their differences of ideologies and interests)  to generate strong peace phenomenology.  And SJA’s these Envisions became true, and it is also a kind of miracle, especially whatever SJA did in his missions and envisions are chronologically perfect (as the Press or News Paper references show).  

In his J-U missions, there were very few friends to encourage him, but he had many a Detractor against him and the J-U Missions. He earned and carried out the J-U Mission and his research works for his Master degree and later for his Ph.D degree (he did not have fellowship). Some detractors tried to throw him out from his Job(s), some tried to suppress his News in News Papers. Some tried to copy his Works. Some detractors partially became successful -----, but all the detractors got AUTOMATICALLY destroyed or shrunken, AND THIS is certainly a MIRACLE.    Though he has been having few to encourage him and many to suppress him, yet with all obstructions he has been continuing the J-U Mission with a GREAT PATIENCE, and this Patience is too a kind of miracle.         

        And IN 1986,  through the lecture on Coherency Between Pre-Creation and Creation and Six Selections Processes, SJA  introduced the “THIRD CHAPTER OF PHYSICS” other than the existing two chapters, namely the Classical Physics and the Quantum and Relativistic Physics, and he clarified that soon man will find some physical phenomena that cannot be explained by the existing two chapters of physics (that is IMMATURE END of PHYSICS or SCIENCE). And he also gave a hint about the Fourth Chapter of Physics and Fifth Chapter of Physics, where the Fifth Chapter of Physics is the MMATURED END OF PHYSICS. [And  the J-U has ability to provide some dignified Alternative Physics or Science].   In 1991, SJA also delivered another Lecture on the Emerging Peace Structures (and Conspiracy Structures) after the Gulf War -----, and there he discussed about the emerging Relativist Civilization (and someway some are Revenge Civilizations) and also about the emerging of open and hidden Nexuses among Corporate Worlds, Political Worlds, Media and even some Social Movements..  And clarified that such Nexuses would try to shrink the Spaces, Scopes and Paradigms of common People, and so peoples respect for social Engines like Politics and Media would also start shrinking resulting in IMMATURE END of Politics, Sex (or Marriage Institution), Society (due to emerging new technologies) and even STATES.   But the J-U can provide dignified Alternatives to MATURED ENDs of Faiths or Religions, Ideologies, Science, Sex, Society, Politics, STATES, etc  THAT WOULD OCCUR after some long Future, and this is called as the J-U NO-ENDISM INSTITUTION, which by itself a kind of Miracle.  THE J-U  REASONING  is itself a  great Miracle.  Some more kinds of Miracles can be seen in J-U and J-U Missions,

***8******* THE EMBRYO OR WOMB  CIVILIZATION  AND THE J-U CLIPPED CIVILIZATION.

A Civilization is in most capacious meaning to go for the best form of Quality of Life and Enlightenment and Fulfillment.  A Civilization (that can be human or non-human or universal civilization)  can evolve as like an Embryo or in Womb Phase -----, and a phase comes when the Baby Civilization in the womb is to be delivered or born.  An Embryo can evolve in varied forms with different probability-weights, but the normal development is with highest probability-weight or with smoothest algorithm, so that the baby is to be born in MEANINGFUL way.  

According to the J-U, up to the year 1979, the human civilization was in the Womb, and so the baby in the womb was with many self-destruction modes ------, so before born, it may get destroyed.  SJA realized in 1979 that human civilization is in the Womb, and with many self-destruction modes, and the Baby in the womb is to born through the J-U formatting or meta formatting of civilization in the format of J-U Vision 2040 ++++,   so that  there can be ::: i)  the Cultivation of non-imposition oriented or Second order Civilization and History +  ii)  highest order enlightenment (mainly through the two layers of the J-U knowledge systems)  +  iii) cultivation of the emergence of framework of unity out of diversities (and the J-U is the best form of such Unity). + iv) resolving crises of civilization  + v) Fulfillment of Self and Society or the J-U Fulfillment in Eternity. 

The beginning phase of the (one and only one) Totally Meaningful History began from the year  1979, especially after SJA’s first public lecture at the University of Mumbai -----, and the totally meaningful history will hopefully start getting strongly realized from the year 2030, which is also considered by the J-U as the first year of beginning of primary phase of Total Salvation.  And thus from the year 2030, the human civilization will start getting born from its womb phase and the process may get completed by the year 2040.  And in this way, the J-U Vision 2040++++ got framed by SJA. And the new born Baby Civilization will be the J-U Clipped Civilization that will have the highest order consciousness, conscience, concerns, coherency (with possible other civilizations) and (even Eternal) Fulfillment Mechanisms.,

        So NOW the years from 2020 to 2030 are very important to the J-U and the World -----, and the easiest  projects in these matters are to install fast the J-U Super Meta Parks in all Nations,  and such projects are not truly very difficult ones.  And PRIMARY WAY to begin is to develop J-U Think Tanks and associated Labs in nations  AND also to popularize programs like i) Place Name- Mollarpur  J-U Vision 2040 ++++, (for example, Mumbai-Mollarpur J-U Vision 2040++++)  ii) Name-World Fulfillment J-U Vision 2040+++++,(for example Fulfillment of India & World J-U Vision 2040) and to march in the Nation with the Fulfillment Flag   iii) J-U Clipped Civilization Fulfillment Programs,  iv) to organize Workshops or Programs on different subjects,  v) soliciting all peace active persons, organizations, institutions, political organizations, Nations, the UNO and all forms of Entities to uphold every way the J-U programs,  projects, missions, etc.

            THE FIRST CHAPTER of the J-U Vision 2040 is from the year 1979 to 2019, and in these Magic Years SJA provided the Frameworks of New Knowledge Systems and World Systems and so also general super mechanism designs and (global and universal) Statesmanship and Peace Engineering, which developed a superior kind of peace-cohesiveness among world powers and polarities and SJA instituted the peace phenomenology ---- [ that was generated by World Leaders (mainly around 2017 -2019) ] ---, and he named it as TRUMP-KIM-PUTIN-XINPING-MACRON (OR P-5++) UNIVERSAL J-U PEACE FORUM.

            THE SECOND CHAPTER of the J-U Vision 2040 is from 2019 to 2040 ------, and the Second Chapter is aimed to materialize the Phase Transition of Civilization AT PRESENT mainly in TWO MODES::   i) through the J-U UNIVERSAL PEACE COMISSION,  ii) through the J-U MOLLARPUR UNIVERSAL J-U COORDINATION FORUM

And  Mr. Bill Clinton and Mr. Barak Obama may  kindly be  the Prime Conveners (from June 2020 to June 2024 representing USA) of the J-U Universal  Peace Commission -----, and Mr. Clinton and Mr. Obama both were very much interested to see the peaceful world and the  peaceful resolving of the Indo-Pak Crises, and so if these great World Leaders who has deep experiences about World Relations and Understandings like to be in the J-U Universal Peace Commission in any manner then certainly Modi-Imran will be highly encouraged every way to resolve Indo-Pak Crises.

          Certainly, the J-U VISION 2040++++    is  for  i) global (or human civilization) fulfillment,  ii) Universal Civilizations fulfillments,   iii)  “Eternal Fulfillment” and   iv)  “Eternal Consciousness framework fulfillment” .    .The  J-U has completed the First Chapter of the J-U Vision 2040++++ from October 10, 1979  to October 09,     2019.   And the SECOND CHAPTER OF THE J-U VISION 2040++++  is from October 10, 2019 to October 09, 2041.

            In THE FIRST CHAPTER, SJA provided the SLOGAN OF ABSOLUTELY NEW AGE (or J-U Age) and associated Non-Imposition Oriented Civilization and History and also HE PROVIDED MANY THINGS LIKE  i) the highest order universal Secular knowledge systems that can reconcile and fulfill  a) all human and non-human civilizations, b) all faiths (including Sciences human and other possible universal civilizations) and Beyond Faith Structures of the J-U and otherwise and also c) reconcile and fulfill all the Set Ups of the Civilizations,  ii)  provided the best form of general  mechanism design  and global and universal statesmanship and peace engineering, such as he helped to frustrate the  COLD  WAR  and clarified (and in 1991 confirmed) about the temporary Emergence of (West-led) Temporary UNIPOLAR WORLD, and he also clarified and confirmed  in 2007 about the  frustration of the  temporary Unipolar World and thereby emergence of  New Bipolar World and also emergence of facilitating factors for the Sole Zero Polar World  (of the J-U), of which  popularization brought in increasing order the cohesiveness among World Powers and Polarities (even with odd differences in ideologes, interests and, agendas)  and ultimately from 2017 to 2019, a strong Peace Phenomenology emerged with the sincerity of World Leaders, and this peace phenomenology got institutionalized by him as the “Trump- Kim- Putin-Xinping- Macron (or P-5++) Universal J-U Peace Forum” (or Platform and Paradigm),   iii)  he also provided J-U NO-ENDISM INSTITUTION.

            And in THE SECOND CHAPTER of the J-U Vision 2040++++, the J-U will concentrate on the objects like to take the humanity from its sub-human phase by 2025, and by 2028 the eradication of Poverty and ill health of Environment and Ecology are to be made successful, and by 2030 all major emerging and age old cyclically appearing and pathological Crises of Civilization are to be properly resolved and from 2030 the processes of Total Salvation are to be successfully started in phases.

1..  When he was upholding and popularizing Trump-Kim or in truly broader sense, Trump- Kim- Putin-Xinping- Macron (or P-5++) Universal J-U Peace Forum” (or Platform and Paradigm), many people did not like SJA’s upholding of TRUMP.  But SJA clarified that he is interested in CAT (not White Cat or Black Cat)  that eats Rats.  How is Trump In his personal life or political life is not so important, but as he along with Kim and other World Leaders’ sincere help cooled down the then Nuclear War-War Situation ----, and it is truly Praise-worthy.  In fact the afore said five World Leaders  Contributions  are worth to fetch Nobel Peace Prizes for two consecutive years.

2… SJA floated the J-U Peace Soldiers’ Forum for Bangladesh- India- Pakistan Zone (or BIP Zone) ----- [upholding the ICON-SHIP of NetajiSubhasSena who is the most successful  Freedom Fighter and respected and loved by the People of the BIP Zone] ---- with the name, “NETAJI SUBHAS SENA (MOSI).    [[Here  MOSI =  MOdi + Sheikh Hasina+ Imran Khan.  And in the BIP Zone, MOSI means Mothers’ Sister.  In fact, India, Pakistan Bangladesh are truly SISTERS.  Sisters usually have prejudices, jealousy, etc against one another and also have love for one another.  So we strongly cultivate the said NetajiSubhasSena so that love among the three Sisters get increased in time]].

However, many people may not like the Name of Modi got included in the NetajiSubhasSena.  And many people think that Modi is fascist leader who has very BAD HIDDEN AGENDAS to destroy the fabric of Indian society and wants to launch Civil War in India, etc.  etc.  etc.   And the recent Modi Government’s CAA, NPR and NRC related issues and  opposition political parties’ movements and more dominantly Students’ Movements and common Peoples’ Movements are painting a very BAD LANDSCAPE of Modi’s Leadership and Leadership styles.  Certainly, the Modi’s Leadership and Leadership style will be automatically renormalized with very pleasant Peace Aura through the cultivation of the “NETAJI SUBHAS SENA (MOSI).

However, SJA thinks other way, and he thinks it is better not to brand some one so easily in some bad manners. Even if he be a bad, mad and cruel man, yet we can systematize him and  extract many peace activities and peace results from him -----, so we can renormalize bad and cruel Leadership and Leadership styles. Indian political paradigms are complex ----, it is a strong relativistic democracy.   And  Communal democracy and familial democracy thrives with musical competitions. So prejudices, corruption, conspiracy, suppression, etc are practiced rampantly.  Also Political people come to people during Vote and promises to be the best SERVANTS of the people, but after winning in vote they behave as super masters or even like “gods” of the people (as if   “what I become” ----, this kind of bad and low mindset).

The J-U advocates for  J-U Servant Culture (i.e. all social and political Heads are truly servants of the concerned people) and also advocates for the J-U Parental Ethics,  which popularizes  that a Nation should take care  of its People 20 Units, the UNO should take care of World People 35 Units, the J-U in its matured phase should take care of  global or universal people 50 Units, and they say that Divinity take care of Creations 70 Units, where one Unit of Care means Parents’ care to their Child.),  

 In reality prejudices exist, inferiority complex exists, superiority complex exist,  generating suppression mechanisms or conspiracies against others too exist.   But in reality Cost-Benefit Analysis,  Pragmatism and Positive Thinking win the games ultimately ----, and this is true reality.

It is not impossible that Modi and Imran together work for peace and resolve the Indo-Pak crises ----, and in this peace endeavors, SJA  encouraged two boys (i.e., Modi and Imran) and two girls (i.e., Sonia and Sheikh Hasina) to be active in these directions. Let these Leaders resolve the Crises and get eligible for Nobel Peace Prize.   In the J-U Universal Peace Commission, there will be Prime Convener(s), Conveners (with super convener), Co-Conveners, Patrons. [Here the Super Convener in the Head or Executive Head or both of the Nation where the J-U Super Mata Park is to be installed].

And  Mr. Bill Clinton and Mr. Barak Obama may  kindly be  the Prime Conveners (from June 2020 to June 2024 representing USA) of the J-U Universal  Peace Commission -----, and Mr. Clinton and Mr. Obama both were very much interested to see the peaceful resolving of the Indo-Pak Crises, and so if these great World Leaders who has deep experiences about World Relations and Understandings like to be in the J-U Universal Peace Commission in any manner then certainly Modi-Imran will be highly encouraged every way to resolve Indo-Pak Crises.

3… NOW the one point J-U SOLUTION  is the cultivation of  Super Sovereignty and J-U Super Meta Parks.  We know that there are various types of Sovereignties like Sovereignty of Nation, Sovereignty of Reason,  Sovereignty of Peace,  Sovereignty of Romanticism (i.e., deep concern for others and for common causes, higher causes and super causes (or J-U causes) ) -----, and the J-U Super Sovereignty concerns with the reconciliation and enhancement of all these Sovereignties.

            The J-U is an UN-BIASED UNITY, and so  the J-U is not biased to any community, society, race, caste, creed, color, faith or religion or ideology or country or continent or civilization (so the J-U is not biased even to humankind or human civilization).  But the J-U respects the Birth Place of SJA, the Founder of the J-U, because showing respect  such way to Birth Place is a great Signature of World Peace and Universal Peace.   So the J-U cultivates this great Signature in the form of cultivation of “Mollarpur Universal J-U Coordination Forum” ---- [where Mollarpur Village (Mollarpur-731216, Birbhum, West Bengal, India) is the Birth Place of SJA] ----- and its associated J-U Super Meta Parks.

Co-Conveners, Patrons, etc.    iv)  J-U Super UNO: The Human Civilization has unified organization like the UNO, and similar way each non-human or universal civilization can have some Unified Organization, and the J-U has plan in possible future to cultivate the J-U SUPER UNO, which is the Unified Organization of all the Unified Organizations of the known Universal Civilizations.  But at present, we know one and only one universal civilization, namely, the Human Civilization. However the J-U is to strongly cultivate the Hypothetical J-U Super UNO and its VARIED KINDS OF  MOCK PROGRAMS to enrich and enhance the UNO and its programs  and to cultivate superior Justice and higher dimensional peace. Future, world systems, knowledge systems, etc.         v)  J-U Universal Secular Knowledge Systems:  The J-U cultivates the ultimate order secular and universal knowledge systems that can reconcile and fulfill Human and Universal  Civilizations,  reconcile and fulfill all Faiths (including human and non-human Sciences)  and Beyond-Faith Structures (of the J-U and otherwise)  and reconcile and fulfill all Set ups of Civilizations  (like governmental and non-governmental set ups in human civilization)    vi)  Cultivation of Varied kinds of  J-U Workshops (and Actions)  to enrich and enhance the knowledge systems, world systems,  enlightenment processes, etc along with the simple J-U Instrument, namely, the J-U Universal Super Academy, Actions and Coordination Forum,  vii)  cultivation of the  TRUMP-KIM-PUTIN-XINPING-MACRON (OR P-5++) UNIVERSAL J-U PEACE FORUM       vii) The J-U Universal Peace Commission is upheld by the J-U Universal Open Forum and it needs also to uphold Zero Conspiracy Culture (like Jesuit Mission, as Jesus’ Life encourages to hate conspiracy against others and against own conscience, and so the J-U is to cultivate ths Mission at least up to 2040 ). 

****3****** FOR THE PURPOSES OF BEING WELL AND BEING FULFILLED OF INDIA,  India needs to cultivate the aforesaid J-U Meta Formatting of Human Civilization, and also to cultivate the following:  i)  Open Criticism against the J-U and SJA even in worse negative manners,   ii) cultivation of Self-Criticism and Self-Oath Programs and also entertaining others’ criticisms against self or Indian government and like that.,  iii) cultivation of J-U NetajiSubhasSena (MOSI),   iv)  SJA  projected India in his first public lecture as mini World and micro or Nano Universe-kind from the point of view of her  strong diversity,  and also in 1988, October 14, some intellectuals declared him as the Ultimate Institution, and in the same occasion, SJA delivered lecture on the J-U cultivation of  Local, National, Zonal, Global (and Universal)  Festivals of Unity .  And also to respect the Birth Place of SJA, founder of the J-U, the J-U Institutions,  namely “Mollarpur Universal J-U Coordination Forum and associated J-U Super Meta Parks were instituted,  and so India needs to respect these J-U Institutions and Programs,   v)  Every Nation may consider SJA  as the Universal Peace Ambassador, and this will help the J-U  to work EASILY  for the J-U Missions ( and especially the J-U Peace Missions),  and India can initiate the program of endorsing SJA as the Universal Peace Ambassador.

 And he clarified that such way cultivation of Diversity is having Prime Focus for World Society and future possible human communicable Universal Societies and so also Prime Focus on Nations with high Diversity.  India is most likely the Nation with highest order Diversities -----, and so as if India can represent as Mini Humankind and as Micro or Nano Universe-kind.  And for this reason SJA delivered his First Public Lecture referring India.  [SO NOW THIS INTELLECTUAL EXPRESSION NEEDS TO BE FULFILLED IN THE SECOND CHAPTER OF THE J-U VISION 2040 ++++]

      [[In the above first public lecture SJA  clarified that the then Cold War (between USA and USSR) would not be transformed into Hot Nuclear War -----, and he clarified that on the contrary the Cold War within a decade or so would collapse and (West-led) temporary UNIPOLAR WORLD  would emerge, and again within a couple of decades or so the temporary Unipolar World would be frustrated and a new Bi-Polar World would emerge along with facilitating factors for the emergence of the SZPW (of the J-U), which would generate greater and stronger peace cohesiveness among world powers and polarities and help to resolve crises of civilization.     And in 1991 through a public lecture SJA confirmed about the emergence of the temporary (West-led) Unipolar World  and in 2007, he also confirmed about the frustration of the temporary unipolar world and the emergence of the new Bi-Polar World (i.e., the Washington Unity and the Beijing-Moscow Unity), and he also declared the years from 2008 to 2017  as the J-U DECADE, which was essentially utilized to popularize and activate the SZPW  especially in the Offices of Heads and Executive Heads of almost all Nations  (and also in Media)..  And from 2017 to 2019, a NEW PEACE PHENOMENOLOGY emerged though World Leaders, and SJA institutionalized the peace phenomenology as the “Trump- Kim-Putin-Xinping –Macron  (or P-5 ++) Universal J-U Peace Forum (and Platform and Paradigm).  And on October 09, 2019, the First Chapter of the J-U Vision 2040++++ ends.

      In the First Chapter of the J-U Vision 2040 ++++ [i.e, from October 10, 1979 to October 09, 2019], SJA developed mainly from 1979 to 1990 the TWO generations of the J-U Super Knowledge Systems ----- [and the third generation of knowledge system was automatically denied by the J-U,  as because  the humankind is immature in peace and having low order knowledge systems, emotion, ethics, etc] ----- and associated mechanism design, global and universal statesmanship and peace engineering. And from 1991 onwards SJA explicitly got involved with the J-U Peace Engineering.  And also in the 1990’s Decade advocated the J-U NO-ENDISM INSTITUTION.

      In his public lecture series in 1986, SJA talked on  J-U Frameworks of Economics, Political Science, Jurisprudence, Futurology, theoretical Physics, etc   ----- [especially on the “Self-Organization in Dis-Equilibrium Economy, Coherency between Pre-creation and Creation and the Six Selections Processes and Modifications of Dooms Days”  [Vide: the Times of India, February 18, 1986, Mumbai ],  And  through the lecture on Coherency Between Pre-Creation and Creation and Six Selections Processes, he introduced the “THIRD CHAPTER OF PHYSICS” other than the existing two chapters, namely the Classical Physics and the Quantum and Relativistic Physics, and he clarified that soon man will find some physical phenomena that cannot be explained by the existing two chapters of physics (that is IMMATURE END of PHYSICS or SCIENCE). And he also gave a hint about the Fourth Chapter of Physics and Fifth Chapter of Physics, where the Fifth Chapter of Physics is the MMATURED END OF PHYSICS. **One important  copyright of  the following work  namely, “Syed JoynuddinAhamed Institution of Eternity Structure and the Absolute New Age or Joynuddin-Age in 2012”  has been received (by the founder of the J-U) with the Diary Number 9019/2011-Co/L and  Copy Right Number L-48538 / 2013, dated 23/04/2013

** By the by a work of his (of the year 2010) with the title “Zero polar peace Ambassador and the J-U Peace Ambassador and the Third Parallel World” with the Diary No. 13575-10/COL is being  treated in confused manner by the copy Right Office, New Delhi --- and the work is a letter to Mr. Rahul Gandhi, Member of Parliament of India, and the work is with well-defined work size and each page of the work bears Syed JoynuddinAhamed’s signature, and it looks that the letter of the copyright office to him dated Jan 11, 2013 regarding the above work is meaningless  and many bear foul smell to some conspiracy against  him.

Also SOME works recently on the “J-U Syndication of J-U ResyndicationProgrammes, etc. have been sent for copy right to copyright office, New Delhi by Registered letters with A/D respectively from Mollarpur Post Office (Pin-731216) (No.6081 dt.29.9.2009) [300gms] , and Rampurhat Post Office (Pin-731224) (No. RLAD 5378 dated 19^th October, 2009),

         [ and also another  letter of Syed JoynuddinAhamed to the Mr. Rahul Gandhi , M.P. and the General Secretary of the AICC(I), New Delhi,  for copy right by registered letter with acknowledgement from Mollarpur-731216 post office, receipt no, RLADA 4021, dated 18/12/2010]

There can have conspiracies to suppress or destroy Syed JoynuddinAhamed’s works, so there is need to be always alerted to preserve his works, especially the The Copy Right Office, New Delhi can take dominant roles in this matter. ### THE J-U REASONING ::: [[[ also see please above in Public Release-3, section-14 of SEC. [ B ] for the J-U Super Reasoning ]]]  [*****UN-EDITED]

              ** **  The J-U is also called as the “Meta Institution” ----, and a part of the Meta Institution is called “Meta Reasoning”, which is divided mainly in two parts” i) J-U Reasoning(about which one can get some introduction in  the BLOG namely “Joynuddin Unity recent blog spot.com”), ii) J-U Mysterious Reasoning, because it is a mysterious fact that the detractors (of any kind) against the J-U and SJA get automatically shrunken or destroyed, and also SJA came from extremely low origins in every way (i.e, from very poor and almost illiterate family and from intellectually dry place and from under-developed district, and he did earning and learning from his boyhood), yet he was able to provide (from his teen age only) the ultimate order global and universal Leadership Institution along with highest order knowledge systems, wisdom systems, general mechanism design, global & Universal statesmanship, peace engineering and modes of Total Salvation -----,     and the reasoning for such mysterious facts is allied J-U Mysterious reasoning .

                ******   The humankind knows about the philosophical understandings related to the THREE ones, namely Nature (or Adibhoitik”),super Natural (or Adibaidik”) and self (or Introvert-ness or spiritualism or “Adhyatinik”) ---, where the J-U provides total ELEVEN ones (including the above three ones).

 ****** The humanity has imageries related Judgment Day, Hell and Heaven, and the Hells and Heavens continue forever till Eternity.

And the humanity has no proper understanding about Eternity  -----, and the J-U  provides at least three fundamental Eternities  and also for the imagery like the “”Mystery of Trinity” in Christianity (i.e. God, Jesus and Holy Ghost) -----, where the J-U provides mystery of Unity, Mystery of Duality, Mystery of Trinity, Mystery of Tetranity, Mystery of Pentanity, Mystery of Hexanity and Mystery of Heptanity, and  these 7 Mysteries form a complete set of Mysteries or a “TOKEN MYSTICISM”, and the J-U provides many such Token Mysticisms that develops the (Divine  and secular) Ocean of Knowledge Systems and Wisdom Systems.     Human being  is floating over the sea of faiths ----- ( sciences are too specially organized Faiths ) -----, and the J-U reconciles Faiths  and also provides “Beyond Faith Structures” (like pure emotional Love, Interface between systems and non-systems and  modifications of Dooms Days).

              ******* The LOWEST ORDER or primary level group of icon-ships are the ULTIMATE INSTITUTION, the First Institution and the All Total Institution -----, and among these three, the  lowest order one is the Ultimate Institution ------, and this group of icon-ships  are coordinated by the MARGINALLY formatted  “ABSOLUTE CONDITIONING”.   

There are many such groups (or higher groups)  of Icon-ships that are coordinated by the different parts (as well as different way formatted) of the Absolute Conditioning (and this is why  the philosophy of Syed JoynuddinAhamed is called the “PHILOSOPHY OF ABSOLUTE CONDITIONING” and also known as the “philosophy of Meta religion or Beyond Religion or Faith” or simply ”Joynuddinism”,   and the unity associated with this philosophy is called the “Joynuddin-unity”  or J-U).

        ******** By the by the ULTIMATE INSTITUTION --- which is the lowest order icon-ship of the lowest order group of icon-ships of the J-U ------. has about 19 ASPECTS AND MANY ADDITIONAL ASPECTS AND MANY ANCILLARY ASPECTS. And the aforesaid Beyond Faith Structures, three Fundamental Eternities and Token Mysticisms are three out of the 19 Aspects of the Ultimate Institution.  

 **** Absolute conditioning (lowest order):   Syed JoynuddinAhamed also exposed about two dozen aspects in the Absolute conditioning, such as “ total determinism”, “Absolute Space or Space –Framing”, “Absolute Time or Time-Framing”, Space-Time, etc.  Thus the aforesaid Mystery of Trinity (exposed by His Holiness Christian Saint) is a signature towards the Sole Alternative World/Universe  of the J-U,

SJA or Syed JoynuddinAhamed (or Ahammed) was declared by some intellectuals in 1988 at the Kalina Campus of the University of Mumbai as the Ultimate Institution, which is the lowest order Icon-ship of J-U, whereas SJA is the Sole ICON of the J-U,  and thus SJA was projected in 1988 in the lowest  form, [ i.e., one can say SJA as the Ultimate Institution ++ (or UI++) ] ---- [Vide:  the Indian Express, October 10, 1988, Mumbai ] ---- , however, the intellectuals also projected him as the ultimate, Thinker, Elite, Examiner and Endorser of the time and future [and certainly, SJA is the dedicated SERVANT of the humankind as well as Universe-kinds and total SLAVE of Divinity ].   

   ***** The humankind has conceived in the last ten thousand years of human civilization only 10% knowledge systems and wisdom systems related to nature and human nature or image of those of the J-U ---, and in the longest future humankind by itself can be able (after lots of struggles) to conceive maximum 12% Essence level and maximum 19% landscape of that of the J-U. The humankind is egoist, thankless, cruel, conspiracy - loving, non-sincere and also has low order emotion and Ethics. So the humankind will be eligible to get (after the cultivation of the J-U) maximum 15% Essence Level and maximum 24% landscape of the J-U.  

 ***** ENDISM and NO-ENDISM :::  It is absolutely true that the J-U can only resolve properly  the emerging pathological crises of human civilization ----, and such crises are due to problems in Essence, Ethics, equality, ego, environment, ecology,  education, economy, peace,  prosperity, percolation of prosperity, justice, judiciary, freedom, future, etc.; due to age old or cyclically appearing philosophical and political problems,  conflicts of faiths, ethos (and ideologies and non-ideologies); due to processes ------ (such as open or hidden nexuses among corporate houses, politics, media and even some social movements (including some women movements) are shrinking the space and scopes of common people, sovereignty of reason and common and higher causes, so such processes that shrink the spaces and scopes of common people and common and higher causes) ----- for the immature ENDs of politics, marriage institution, science, etc. [As such, for example, Science especially the Kernel of science or (theoretical) physics is now finding its boundary), whereas the J-U is providing the frameworks related to theoretical physics, mathematics, economics, political science, jurisprudence, epistemology, meta physics, axiology, etc  and thus the J-U is to arrest all the immature Ends. And after a long future, when there will be many matured ends, including the End of Faiths, the J-U will provide dignified alternatives to all these matured ends (and this is called the J-U No-Endism Institution).

                ******* SJA is a mysterious man ----and surprisingly an ever green young man.   He came from lowest order origins -----, from intellectually dry place, from under developed district and from almost illiterate and poor family (but possibly from intrinsically highest order elite family).  He earned and learned from his boyhood only.   In his teen age only, he provided the frameworks for the HIGHEST ORDER knowledge systems, wisdom systems, universal statesmanship, general mechanism design, peace engineering and UNIVERSAL LEADERSHIP INSTITUTION.       **** He gave New Framework for Theoretical Physics (with the concept of “coherency between pre-creation and creation and the six selections processes),  new framework of political science adding the concept of Third Parallel World to remove the intrinsic uncertainty in political science,  new framework of economics and spontaneous global economic democracy,  new framework of jurisprudence,  new framework of epistemology, metaphysics and axiology and all that.   In this way he also put forth absolutely new concepts like higher order systems, “non-systems”, “beyond faith structures”, three fundamental Eternities, Token Mysticism, Interface between systems and non-systems,  “Modifications of Dooms Days”, , etc.   He popularized the highest order  general mechanism design, namely the “Multidisciplinarism” [ or very structures and integrated form of multidisciplinary, multidimensional, multisectoral and multi-institutional approaches]  by forming the Syndicate of Multi-Disciplinary Studies and Association of Socio-Cultural Engineering respectively in 1983 and 1985 at  the University of Mumbai.   And all these he did in his teen age only when he was a research student ---- without fellowship, i.e., again earning and doing research and doing the J-U universal peace mission ---- at the physics department of the University.  Yet there were different kinds of many detractors against him.  Some tried to copy his works (but failed because of natural reason of the ultimate depth and vastness of the knowledge systems of the J-U).  Some tried to throw SJA from his job or earning modes.  Some tried to suppress him socially or suppress his News in the Media.  But interesting thing is that all his detractors got automatically shrunken or destroyed.  His Peace Engineering was of extremely high order and universal in nature -----, he explicitly started peace engineering from the year 1990 onwards ,  his peace engineering has been becoming most successful one.

Thus we see that the J-U is absolutely different and the LAST WORD for the humankind as well as *(future possible human communicable) universal civilizations.  And the J-U is the only way to resolve all the (ordinary and pathological) crises of Civilization and to take Civilization towards the Total Salvation.   The J-U encourages to criticize openly against the J-U and SJA ----, and also the J-U encourages all to be humble and sincere and to practice self-criticism and self–oath programs (of the J-U) and also encourages all to invite others’ criticisms.  And this way is to freeze false ego and false supremacy -----, or to say to do the “J-U Time Freezing” at least up to the year 2040 so that all the phases of Total Salvation” can get easily explored.

In true sense, without the cultivation of the J-U, the humankind will be bound to be DUMB, BLIND and VEGETABLE in the future.

****** ::: J-U SUPER REASONING::: There are people who love ELITICISM ------, and for them, it needs to mention that though SJA was born in extremely poor and almost illiterate family in intellectually dry place in an under-developed district, but his family is having intrinsic Super Elitism.

Also  many super statuses have been spelled out  for SJA.  Some such statuses may be felt as SHAMELESS EXEGERRATION.   For example, few intellectuals in the year 1988 declared the young SJA as the Ultimate Institution (Vide: the Indian Express, October 13, 1988, Mumbai) -----, and also considered him as the Ultimate thinker, elite, examiner and endorser of the time and future., and they further considered him ahead of all time and so bigger than and even beyond human and universal Histories.   The J-U and SJA is eternally established ----, and so the infighting among established groups (and semi-established groups) and un-established groups cannot touch the J-U.   There is one and only one J-U (and so also SJA) in all Universes and Creations.    The J-U is the last word for the humankind as well as all possible Universe-kinds.  Without the cultivation of the J-U, the humankind will bound to be dumb, blind and vegetable.      SJA’s virtual status sits on the interface between Revolving Time and n Eternal Eternity and distribute formats  time and importance to creations.  If there be a King of all the Universes, then the King is negligible in front of SJA -----, but SJA iS VERY NEGLIGIBLE (or dust of feet) in front of those who work silently and sincerely for the needy ones and common causes or higher causes or super causes (like cultivation of the J-U ) without any advertisement or without any sense of advertisement or worldly benefit or return. .  ..
