PEACE FORUM. And from 2019, India has started EMERGING as Self-Fulfilled Nation -----,

and the World as whole is having the similar Trend, and Students Community is very

The Prime Convener of all the J-U related Programs or Projects or Missions will be USA (from June 15, 2020 to June 14, 2024) and China (from June 15, 2024 to December 31, 2026), and Russia (from January 01, 2027 to June 14, 2029) and France (from June 15, 2029 to December 31, 2031) and UK (from January 01, 2032 to June 14, 2034) and India (as the J-U has been originated from India) (from June 15, 2034 to June 14, 2036) and the UNO (from June 15 2036 to June 14, 2041).

By the by Mr. Bill Clinton, H.E.the former President of USA did encourage SJA lot in the developing of the J-U ----, in fact, in a letter (dated February 22, 0000 from the Consulate General of USA at Mumbai) to SJA, His great Office did address him with the “Third Parallel World” . And also Mr. Barak Hussein Obama, H.E.the former President of USA did encourage SJA considerably. So Mr. Clinton and Mr. Obama are truly ICONS of ENCOURAGEMENT to J-U. The J-U solicits most humbly to USA to consider them -----[who are highly experienced in World relations nad understsndings ----- as Representatives of USA so that the will work as Prime Conveners of the J-U Missions (from June 15, 2020 onwards up to June 14, 2024). [And six month is being given extra to USA, because it will start first the J-U Mission.

******* But one thing need to be cleared that the Prime Conveners in true sense are to be ICONS of ENCOURAGEMENTS (and so they can work very easily as Conveners).. But the major activities will be managed (under the encouragement and guidance of the Prime Conveners) by the “Mollarpur Universal J-U Coordination Forum” and its associated J-U Super Meta Park in the Nation, and this is the SECOND MODE of conducting J-U Programs, Projects, Missions, etc, whereas the FIRST MODE is through the J-U UNIVERSAL PEACE COMMISSION (comprising of the Prime Convener(s), Conveners, Co-Conveners, Patrons, etc.

He realized that humankind had very rudimentary Knowledge systems about Nature and Human Nature and also about Formal Sciences (i.e., Mathematics and Logic) ------, but human being has very big and dangerous EGO that generates many Self-Destruction Modes like the possibility of Nuclear War Catastrophe (and now also more dominant the possibility of Environmental Catastrophe, Population Explosion, Mass Suicidal Cults or Cultures and also catastrophe possibility from experiments on high concentration of Energy).

Humankind was then in the 1970’s very afraid about the COLD WAR between USA and USSR, because the Cold War might get transformed into very hot Nuclear War that can annihilate the humanity.

Then the very young teen aged Student SJA delivered his first public lecture at the Kalina Campus of the University about the definite arising of the Absolutely New Age (or J-U Age), and he floated the J-U FIRST GENERATION of Knowledge Systems (from 1979 to 1985). The J-U HAS MULTI-GENERATIONS KNOWLEDGE SYSTEMS that take any civilization ---- (say it, human civilization or non-human civilization (including Robot Civilization) or outer space civilization or in general UNIVERSAL CIVILIZATION) ---- to higher dimensions. In 1986, he delivered a very important Lecture Series mainly on “Self-Organization in Dis-Equilibrium Economy, Coherency between Pre-Creation and Creation and the Six Selections Processes and Modifications of Dooms Days” ------, and through the lecture series he introduced new paradigm of Global and Universal Economic Paradigms, Political Science Paradigms, Jurisprudence Paradigms (and also new way of looking at Meta Physics, Epistemology and Axiology). THE J-U VISION 2040++++ P-5 Nations comparatively most matured and peace matured and very low feudality framed nations ------, so the P-5 Nations are being humbly solicited to be Convener of the J-U Missions from 2020 to 2034.

Convener of all set of programs in the world will be a P-5 Nation for a particular term -----, USA will be Convener from 2020 (March or June) to 2024 (March or June), and thereafter, Russia will be convener for next Two and Half years, and similar way, China, France and U.K. in consecutive manners will be Conveners for Two and Half years. And thus P-5 Nations Terms will be complete in 2034 (March or June). Thereafter, India will be convener for two years (up to 2036 March or June) ----, and at that time India will be socially and politically de-feudalized and quite matured. And the UNO will be Convener up to 2041 (March or June).

This BIP Zone is not now much Peace-Friendly. Each Nation (or its Ruling Party) has own kind of ambition, agenda, hidden agenda, world view, map of future, etc ----, these may not be compatible with those of other nations. There are emerging conflicts in this Zone ----, and the World Peace cannot afford the conflicts between or among the Nations in the Nuclear-Powered Zone.

If a fine way thinking person simulates the situations in the Zone then he or she may get terrified realizing the possibilities of different kinds of Wars in the Zone, and these wars can destroy huge population and also can destroy the back bones of the Nations.

So there is need to renormalize the odd situations in the Zone and also need to develop superior Economic Fundamentals, Environmental Fundamentals, Educational fundamentals, Social Fundamentals, Political fundamentals and all that in this Zone. You are a very Lucky Indian Leader who got TWO TIMES LAND SLIDE VICTORY -----, and so to some extend in natural way you could have emerge as a great World Leader. In your first land slide victory, I tried to put you in international political community as a great Leader. However, you may have some open and hidden agendas that may be factors for hindrances for enhancing your leadership expressions. However your great SLOGAN namely, “Sobka Sath, Sobka Vikash, Sobka Biswas” is truly compatible to need, mood and conscience of the majority of great Indian People. You need to materialize the great Slogan with all humbleness and sincerity. Now India’s Image in international community is someway BAD. India needs to overcome it.

And the best way India’s emergence as World and Universal Leader is by upholding the WORLD PEACE SLOGAN and so also by upholding the J-U, especially developing the “Mallarpur Universal J-U Coordination Center” at or near Mallarpur (P.O. Mallarpur, Birbhum, West Bengal, India, Pin-731216) and also by activating the Netaji Subhas Sena (MOSI) of the J-U. Here the Sena is for the cultivation of Peace and Development in the BIP Zone (i.e., Bangladesh- India- Pakintan Zone), and MOSI = MOdi + Sheikh Hasina + Imaran Khan, and MOSI means ( in this Zone) Mother’s Sister. In fact, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan is like three Sisters, and Sisters can have zealously among themselves but also have intrinsic LOVE among themselves.
